The assignment is at 30% and remote work is OK. If you have been involved in taking companies to the stock exchange in the role of CFO, we would like to see your application (you others too).
Day-to-day bookkeeping is done by an accounting firm and is not part of your duties.
Main duties:
- Help build effective structures within the finance function.
- Budget & Forecast.
- Cash flow statement.
- Quarterly reporting.
- Annual report.
- Communication with the market.
- Preferably a background where you have worked with investors of various kinds.
