Interim Head of Accounting

Main tasks and responsibilities;

• Provide leadership, management and direction of the accounting team
• Support and sparring partner to the accounting team and the finance leadership team in the carve-out process from existing company to new company
• Play a vital role in the transaction and carve-out process

To be eligible for the role;

• Relevant academic educational background
• Experienced accounting profile used to working in an international environment preferably within the energy sector
• Experience of M&A, transactions, carve-out work
