Interim Search warmly welcomes Jessica Frösell to the team. She contributes with many years of experience in recruitment and HR where she has worked as a Consultant Manager, Recruiter and HR Consultant. Most recently, she comes from the role of Chief Recruiter in interim management.
We are so happy to have you join us, Jessica! Would you like to tell us about your background?
I come from a long career in the IT industry and have been the manager of a business area in business systems. After that, I retrained as a stress educator and HR professional both as an employee and consultant. The last three years I have worked with consultant recruitment and appointing interim managers.
What is exciting about continuing the journey at Interim Search?
I am very much looking forward to continuing to work with interim management but in an even bigger context, with more colleagues, more established customer accounts and new ways of working.
With your experience in the field, how do you see the interim sector developing?
In the three years I've been working in this industry, I've seen first-hand how it has grown and matured every year. I have a large network of consultants that is growing all the time and becoming even broader in terms of roles, seniority and skills. Client companies are also becoming even more experienced to hire interim consultants and sees more benefits of using interim management in different parts of the business journey.
Why do you think this trend is happening?
A combination of employees wanting a flexible and evolving working life and more companies seeing the benefit of bringing in interim solutions. Partly because permanent recruitment can take a long time, sometimes it is challenging to find the right available candidates. With the pace of change we have today, you also see opportunities to bring in temporary skills during periods when you are running projects or facing other transformation.
What are you most looking forward to in your role right now?
I have had an intense and educational introduction week and gotten to know my new colleagues, so now I am very much looking forward to getting my first assignment to start working on!
