Interim Team Leader, Accounts Receivable

Main duties:

As a member of Team AR (Accounts Receivable), you will be responsible for the ongoing management of all tasks related to accounts receivable, as well as monthly bookings and reconciliations in connection with the financial statements. For example, you will issue customer invoices, record payments and receipts, and perform account reconciliations.

You will also work actively with reminder management and updating customer data. You will follow up on the needs and requirements of various stakeholders, ensure high-quality delivery of our services, and support your colleagues in the team. You are responsible for compliance with Swedish legislation and the company's internal guidelines in this area. As Team Lead AR, you have operational responsibility for leading and distributing work within the team (three employees). You also work operationally with the above tasks yourself, while striving to streamline routines and processes.

To be eligible for the role:

• At least 5 years of experience working with accounts receivable.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Excel is a requirement.
• You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
• It is possible to complete assignment 60% remotely and 40% on site in Sandviken.
• We will help with accommodation for one night.

About the process:The assignment is expected to last for 8 months, starting in September 2022. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis.
