Interim Senior Financial Accountant

Main tasks:

• Work closely with our colleagues and partners in Sweden, the UK, and the US.
• Manage payments and handling of accounts receivable, including collection processes.
• Process supplier invoices and register them in workflow systems.
• Perform month-end account reconciliations and other monthly closing activities.
• Create and analyze accounts payable and accounts receivable by compiling electronic data and required documentation.
• Payment processes and cooperation with shared service center Cognizant.
• Provide adequate financial support and analyses to international and Swedish businesses.
• Support for our external auditors.
• You will be a key member of the Nordic Finance team.
• The position is based in Stockholm.
• Reports to the Head of Financial Controlling.

Who we are looking for:

• A university degree in Finance or equivalent.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in finance.
• Technical skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Experience working in AR systems. Knowledge of Unit4 Business and Palette is meritorious.
• Experience working with a Shared Service Center is also considered a plus.

The process:

The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and will last for approximately 6-8 months. We will present candidates no later than August 31, 2022.
