Interim Financial Controller

Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Financial Controller for our client Signode Industrial Group. You will be based in an industrial environment in Småland, Sweden, at the world's largest global packaging company, working in an international organization with operations covering production, sales, and service/support. You will be part of the finance department in Burseryd, which consists of four people, and will report to the Head of Business Controller Sweden & Norway.

In the role of Interim Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Financial statements and reporting, which takes place both internally within the company and to international contacts within the group
• Follow-up and presentations of key figures, as well as ongoing reports and project documentation for internal functions
• Follow-up, reporting, and calculation within the group's improvement initiative program, which includes the Nordic companies within Signode.
• You will be involved in developing and streamlining our finance function.

To be eligible for the assignment:

• You have had similar assignments in the recent past
• You have a degree in economics or similar experience.
• You have good system skills and are an experienced user of both Excel and business systems.
• The group language is English, and you have a good command of both spoken and written English.

Our process:

We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews are also conducted on an ongoing basis with the client.
