Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim Chief Financial Officer at a company in Stockholm that is undergoing a period of change. You will play a key role in improving the basis for decision-making to take the company to the next level.
Your role is to lead the finance department, which consists of five people, and work to improve the company's profitability. You will report to the Group CFO.
In the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for:
- The finance department, which consists of both accounting and management accounting.
- Management Reporting.
- Profitability Analyses.
- Projections for new business.
- Budgeting and Forecasting.
To be eligible for the assignment:
- Have you recently worked as a Chief Financial Officer at a medium-sized company with corresponding personnel responsibilities?.
- Experience working as a controller in a company with extensive fixed assets.
- Is motivated by leading development initiatives focused on profitability.
