Mia Klingvall is CFO at Interim Search AB. She has worked most of her career in the recruitment industry. The first years she had the role of Recruitment Consultant, Consultant Manager and then Business Area Manager. After that she moved into functional responsibility and for the last ten years has had responsibility in quality assurance and finance. Between 2012 and 2017, she was Finance Manager for a fast-growing consulting and recruitment company in Stockholm. Mia has a double bachelor's degree from Stockholm University, psychology with a focus on work psychology & organizational psychology and business administration with a focus on accounting & auditing.
