Interim Sales Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Sales Manager for Indiska Magasinet. Indiska is a Swedish lifestyle company established since 1901 offering fashion and interior design in a unique mix of the colorful Indian heritage and Scandinavian simplicity. The company has about 90 stores in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Iceland and operates online sales. The organization consists of 500 employees in the Nordic region and the head office is located in Stockholm.
In the role of Interim Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving the change journey to take the customer offering and brand to the next level. The role places high demands on flexibility, entrepreneurship and great personal drive.
Responsibilities in the role of Interim Sales Manager;
- You are interested in fashion and interior design and are passionate about analyzing and following up on sales
- Based on analysis, develop concrete actions to maximize sales and profits
- Follow up sales per region and coach the Regional Managers
- Follow up large operation programs and ensure quality through store visits
- Support the planning of campaigns
- Participate in decision-making meetings at headquarters
- Responsibility for a team of four Regional Managers, Merchandiser and a Controller
- You are part of the management team and report to the CEO
Who we are looking for
- You have experience in the retail sector
- You have many years of management experience and have worked with qualified sales
- You are energetic, decisive and enthusiastic
- Results-oriented and analytical
- Industry experience and an academic degree are an advantage
About the process
