Interim Chief Financial Officer

Pending permanent recruitment, our client needs an interim CFO who can ensure that the finance function works in accordance with the company's strategic plan moving forward.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for finance, real estate, security and IT.
• Five direct reporting managers.
• Business support to the CEO and other management team.
• Drive the company's long-term financial planning, change programs and is responsible for regulatory compliance.
• Analyze budgets, reports and trends.
• Ensuring cash flow.
• Implement policies and processes to increase efficiency.
• Risk Management with a focus on credit risk.

To be eligible for the assignment, you must:

• Recently been CFO in a medium or large group.
• Experience in managing a large finance function with several subordinate managers.
• International experience and fluent in Swedish and English.
• Experience in a sales-oriented company and change management.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of IT and business systems.
• Sense of business, social skills and stimulated by problem solving.

About the Process

We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews at the client company take place at the end of June. The assignment starts at the end of June, some flexibility is available. The interim assignment is estimated to last for six to nine months when the permanent CFO is expected to be in place.
