Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Finance Manager for a manufacturing company in southern Stockholm. The company manufactures high-tech equipment and has a turnover of 300 MSEK.
The company has high ambitions when it comes to developing financial management and has recently invested in a new business system and, most recently, in an electronic invoice management system. You will have the opportunity to influence the company's development of accounting and reporting. The position reports to the CFO.
Main duties are:
- Lead and distribute qualified accounting and financial statement work
- Coordination of all accounting issues, including code plan
- Prepare annual accounts and contribute to the annual report
- Reporting to authorities (VAT, tax, social security contributions, etc.)
- Company declaration
- Contact with auditors
- Coach two employees in customer and supplier invoice processes
To be considered for the role of Interim Finance Manager, you should have at least 10 years of experience in accounting and reporting, preferably from a manufacturing company. You should be interested in and have the ability to work in large, complex business systems. Group accounting is an advantage. You are a graduate in business administration, have your own drive and desire to influence the business. Analytical, structured, result-oriented, service-oriented and decisive are qualities that you should recognize yourself in. It is also important that you can create good relationships and work in networks.
