Interim Production & Logistics Manager

As interim Production & Logistics Manager and Change Leader, you will start with day-to-day operations in production and work actively on strategy for the factory's development in line with the client's objectives. You will be part of the management team and report to the CEO.

In the role of Interim Production & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Development of the business model to reverse the trend.
• Ensure delivery reliability.
• Manage, develop, and motivate your four middle managers and 40 employees within the department.
• Clear leadership and strategic efficiency and development projects.

To be eligible for the assignment, you must have:

• Several years of leadership experience in the manufacturing industry.
• You have communication skills and professional leadership qualities.
• Excellent understanding of the roles of managers and employees in a complex and changing environment.
• Experience of change management and good organizational cultural awareness.
• International experience and fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong interest in technology and accustomed to change management.

About the Process
