Interim Chief Financial Officer

You will be responsible for the day-to-day work of the Finance Department and will have 3-4 direct reports. You will be part of the company's management team and report to the CEO.

Main duties:

• Responsibility for the company's reporting of ongoing operations
• Responsibility for ensuring compliance with legal and fiscal requirements
• Responsibility for internal accounting and supporting the line organization's profitability development
• Responsibility for group reporting and analysis in Smartview
• Responsibility for insurance and contract issues
• Responsibility for budgeting, follow-up, and management
• Responsibility for financial statements, auditing, and tax-related matters
• Strategic/operational development of the company

Who we are looking for:

• You have many years of experience as a finance manager in a service company.
• You have experience in project accounting
• You are used to managing a small group and working hands-on and strategically.
• You have solid experience in changing ERP systems.
• It is advantageous if you have worked with Maconomy.
• You are a present, committed, and communicative Finance Manager.

The process:

The assignment is for 100%, starting in April/May, and is expected to last approximately 6 months.
