Main duties:

As a Disability Unit Manager, you will have an exciting and challenging role in managing, planning and developing the business.

Together with your coworkers, you will be responsible for ensuring that the services provided to the individual are of good quality and that they are provided and designed based on the individual's needs and wishes.

You will be part of a management team that actively works together and where there is a good working atmosphere with close cooperation and many, happy laughs. Responsibility for the budget, work environment and staff is included in the position as well as a lot of interaction with both internal and external units and actors.

To be eligible for the role:

• We are looking for you who are a social worker, behavioral scientist or with other higher education that the employer considers equivalent.
• Experiences from working with disabilities.
• You should have at least 2 years' experience in a management role.
• You should also have experience and knowledge of people with different disabilities.
• You need to have a good knowledge of current legislation.
• You have the ability to be a clear leader, you have vision and see opportunities for change and development. You have the ability to utilize the skills and good ideas of others. You must be bold and have courage. You can make difficult decisions and complete assignments that have been started.
• Good knowledge of the commonly used systems, such as Personec, Procapita, Time Care is an advantage. Meritorious if you have experience of Developing Leadership.
• You need to have a driving license.
• Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

About the process:

The assignment starts in early May and is expected to last at least 3 months. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews with the client company take place the following days.
