Interim Production Manager

Main duties:

• You are part of the management team.
• You will manage four operators and two senior process technicians, on site rather than digitally.
• You ensure that the correct working methods are used and that production processes and internal regulations are followed.
• You continuously update working methods and routines linked to improvement work/continuous improvements and linked to recent investments.
• You will work with skills development, organization, flows, and production methods.
• You work and communicate frequently with R&D.
• You are leading a number of projects.

We are looking for you:

• Who is available to start the assignment within the next month (in March).
• Who has over 10 years of experience in senior management positions in production.
• You have a university or college degree (e.g., engineering or industrial economics) or post-secondary education in production. It is advantageous if you have studied mechanical or process engineering.
• Who is driven, confident, and a skilled communicator.
• Who is coaching, supportive, and enthusiastic, and who gives energy.
• Who is actively involved in the business and works with change processes.
