Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO for a construction and contracting company in central Stockholm.
You will be part of the management team and have personnel responsibility for three controllers and the accounting manager, who in turn has personnel responsibility for four people.
Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Manager
- Support management in financial decisions
- Prepare consolidated financial statements
- Tax-related issues
- Develop routines and processes
- Develop system support
- Implement new business system
- Preparation of budget and forecast
- Annual reports and interim reports
To be eligible for the assignment, you must have recently worked as a finance manager/CFO in a similar context and have a good knowledge of consolidated accounting. The assignment will begin in January and continue until September 2017.
