Interim Payroll Manager

Main duties:

• Ensure payment of salaries, benefits management and collection of contributions
  (payroll administration, employer's contributions, social security and insurance, and
  benefits in case of salary exchange, car benefit, health care, entertainment, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and collective agreements and that any
  incremental changes to these are maintained in the systems and in the organization.
• Conduct salary mapping and audit.
• Prepare the basis for budgeting and staff planning in stores.
• Prepare the basis for information and reconciliation in connection with the annual accounts.
• Implementing and being responsible for the change of holiday season.
• Run various development projects involving the Payroll Department.
• Contacts and relations with the Social Insurance Agency, the Tax Agency, Collectum, FORA, SCB,
  etc. (including reporting and production of various statistics for these).
• Staff responsibility for three payroll specialists.
• Ensuring the control, registration and archiving of employment contracts by the department.
• Ensuring the functionality of time reporting to payroll systems.

To be eligible for the role:

• Previous experience in payroll work, at least 5 years
• Previous experience in a management position
• Very good habit in Excel
• Relevant post-secondary education, for example in payroll or finance
• Strong interest in systems, digitalization and problem solving
• Be able to jump into operational work without pressure
• Responsive leader
