Interim Executive Assistant

Main duties:

• Responsibility for assisting 2 managers, but also support, planning and management before and during management team meetings.
• Responsibility for planning, email and calendar management, meeting preparation, taking minutes and other usual assistant tasks.
• Planning and coordination of short and long term travel, activities and events.
• Close cooperation with other functions in the organization.
• The mission involves some global travel.

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Several years of experience in a similar role in an international environment.
• Very good knowledge of both Swedish and, above all, English.
• You are confident in your role, working strategically and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• You are flexible and have a high level of integrity.
• Very good system knowledge (mainly Outlook and Office 365).

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last about 6 months starting in early March. We present candidates on 10/2 and interviews at the client company take place in the days after.
