Interim Head of Technology

In the role of interim Head of Tech, you will be a key player in the journey to build new services through a technical platform to meet the demands of a competitive market.

Responsibilities: 

• Building scalable technical offerings
• Responsible for the customer platform's strategy, development, and goal management
• Create the conditions for a high-performing team
• Recruit and manage a dozen employees
• Reports to the business area manager
• Member of the business area management team
• Present to management teams and the board

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Experience as Tech Lead or CTO from a medium-sized, fast-growing technology company/scale-up
• Implemented a scalable tech offering in a competitive market
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate effective teams
• Developed and managed a growing, fast-paced tech organization and its processes
• Broad technical expertise for modern tech-driven service solutions
• Attracted, assessed, recruited, and retained top technical expertise

About the process:

The assignment (2392) is expected to last for 12 months, full-time, starting immediately. Candidates will be presented on February 14, and interviews with the company will take place on February 16.
