Interim CTO, Malta
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Chief Technology Officer for a large fast-growing tech company based in Malta.
The assignment is expected to last 3-6 months with the possibility of a permanent role. You are part of the management team and report to the CEO and are initially responsible for 30 people, which will grow to 60 people during the period. You will also be responsible for extensive outsourcing projects. The location is in Malta, accommodation is provided by the company and included in the assignment. The (possible) permanent position includes a very generous stock option program.
To be considered for this role, you will have 10+ years of experience in senior IT roles, preferably IT architecture and a platform mindset. We see that you have worked in international environments and are used to leading cross boarder teams. You should have a life situation that makes it practically possible for the role to transition into an employment (stationing Malta), given that you are happy with the employer and vice versa.
