Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO in heavy industry in southern Sweden. The company has production in northern Europe and has a turnover of 500 MSEK.
To be considered for this position, you should have a Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent and experience as a CFO or Finance Director in the manufacturing industry with a people management function. You should also have experience of significant change management in an international environment. You should be able to communicate fluently in English and Swedish in speech and writing.
Main duties:
- Monthly reporting
- Board and management team work
- Budget and forecast
- Business control
- Sounding board for local finance functions
