Interim Search AB has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Senior Change Manager to a major group with approximately 2 billion in turnover.
Main duties:
- Responsible for 7 employees.
- Responsible for the budget and activity plan.
- Establishment of long-term recruitment and staffing plan together with HR.
- Develop and optimize working methods and procedures within the company.
- Responsible for safety and health at work.
- Follow up and report on planned/completed actions.
- Document management.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Probably an academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
- Experience in change management. Work experience from Facility Management or HR would be an advantage.
- Experience in working with elected representatives.
- At least 5 years of management experience with staff and budget responsibilities.
- Knowledge of labor law and collective agreements.
- Good knowledge of the Office package.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
- Easy to cooperate with people.
- Good communication skills.
About the process:
The assignment starts immediately and is expected to last at least 12 months. We will present candidates on September 17th and interviews with the client company will take place on Monday, September 20th.
