Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been entrusted with the task of appointing an interim CFO for a major manufacturing company.
As CFO, you will work closely with the CEO and be a member of the executive team. You will lead and further develop the Finance Department and drive the optimization of the financial and IT infrastructure.
Main duties:
- This CFO plays a key, hands-on role in the Group’s ongoing development
- Responsibility for the Finance Department and the company's digital development.
- Responsibilities include forecasting, reporting, and follow-up, as well as consolidated financial reporting and analysis
- An important sounding board for the CEO on financial management issues
- You will participate in management team and board meetings and be responsible for all financial reporting
- Overall responsibility for, together with the CEO and the Board of Directors, initiating and leading the department’s development efforts
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent
- You are a business-driven CFO with many years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- You have many years of experience with workflows and processes in warehousing and logistics
- You have experience with government-run organizations
- You are a confident and inspiring leader who achieves results and meets goals
- Experience with complex improvement and change initiatives
- You are solution-oriented, business-minded, and a strong communicator
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last at least 6 months, starting immediately.
