Interim Head of Business Control (Job ID: 2121)

In this role, you will join a company in transition and be a key player in the continued transformation of the finance function. You will be responsible for a handful of Controllers and report to the Group CFO. You like to dive deep and analyze by creating a high level of detailed understanding of the parameters that affect and are driven by creating quality, order and order.

Responsibilities: 

• Monitoring, analysis and reporting
• Analysis and calculation of key figures
• Analysis of customer and project profitability and performance
• Ensuring accurate results
• Budget and forecast
• Consolidation of budget and forecast
• Improving cost efficiency
• Ensuring high quality delivery from business control, effective financial management and design of administrative processes

To be eligible for the role, you have: 

• Background from previous roles as a business-oriented Business Controller from medium and large companies
• Experience in transaction-intensive business
• High business focus and stimulated by working in a changing environment
• Used to working operationally and hands-on
• Energetic, driven and motivated by orderliness
• Fluent in both English and Swedish

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last 12 months full-time starting in September. We will present candidates on September 2 and interviews with the company will take place on September 3.
