Interim IT Operations Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim IT Operations Manager at a large IT company based in Västergötland.
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 70 employees, with 4 managers reporting directly to you.
Main duties:
- Lead the team in operational and managerial matters
- Build Energy and a Calm, Productive Work Environment in the Team
- Overall responsibility for central service delivery, with responsibility for approximately 1,000 customers
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Experience in a similar role
- In-depth technical understanding of infrastructure, networks, and security
- A dynamic personality who brings energy to the table and has experience making tough decisions
- A personal situation that allows you to work in the office at least 3 days a week
About the process:
You must be able to start immediately; there is the possibility of a few weeks of vacation in July. The assignment is expected to last approximately 9 months.
