Interim Accounting Director (Job ID: 1938)
Interim Search has been appointed to recruit an interim Accounting Director for a successful publicly traded company.
In the role of interim Accounting Director, you will be part of a fast-growing company managing eighteen subordinates. This places high demands on the accounting department to continue developing the function in line with the company’s ongoing expansion goals.
Main tasks:
- Manager of a team of 18 accountants
- Responsible for efficient accounting, achieved through a combination of in-house and outsourced activities
- Specify and develop processes and guidelines for accounting
- Specify and monitor KPIs
- Manage contracts with outsourcing providers
- Responsible for identifying and planning competency needs and development
Your qualifications:
- Experience from a similar assignment or job
- Experience in Change Management
- Experience in a complex international financial environment
- Experience in establishing or developing processes for a Shared Service Center
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment
About the process:
The assignment is scheduled to last 12 months and begin immediately. Candidate presentations will be held on April 20, and interviews with the client will take place on April 21.
