Interim Senior Business Controller

In this role, you will be an interim consultant with overall responsibility for controlling for two companies, including the largest company within the group, both in terms of costs and revenue. You like to dive deep and analyze by creating a high level of detailed understanding of the parameters that affect and are driven by creating quality, order and order. You are part of a team of four Controllers and report to the CFO.

Responsibilities: 

• Monitoring, analysis, reporting and development of procedures
• Analysis and calculation of key figures
• Analysis of customer and project profitability and performance
• Ensuring accurate results
• Improvement and implementation of analysis tools
• Developing estimates and business plans in close cooperation with the CFO and business area managers
• Budget and forecast
• Consolidation of budget and forecast
• Improving cost efficiency of operational units
• Ensuring high quality delivery from business control, effective financial management and design of administrative processes

To be eligible for the role, you have: 

• Background from previous roles as senior controller in a large company
• Accounting background
• Used to working operationally and hands-on
• Energetic, driven and motivated by orderliness
• Business focused and stimulated by working in a changing environment
• Fluent in both English and Swedish
• Experience in subscription business would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of QlikView is an advantage

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last 6-9 months on a full-time basis starting January 11, 2021. We will present candidates on December 30 and interviews with the company will take place digitally on January 4.
