Interim HRBP for Talent Acquisition
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill an interim HR Business Partner (Talent Acquisition) position at TeliaSonera in Stockholm.
TeliaSonera is undergoing major changes across large parts of the Group, which are having a significant impact on the organization and corporate culture. This role will act as an ”in-house headhunter” but will also ensure that the organization’s entire Talent Management concept functions optimally. The position will also drive certain strategic initiatives in line with the business’s established HR agenda.

- Recruitment of Managers and Specialists
- Employee Branding
- Internal Mobility
To be considered for this position, you should have recent experience in a similar role. The role requires extensive experience leading Talent Management within a large organization. The role involves interacting with managers at various levels within the region as well as other HR functions, and reports directly to the VP of Human Resources & Performance Excellence for the Sweden Region.
