Ylva is an experienced interim consultant with over fifteen assignments under her belt. Her roles have varied from financial controller to accounting manager and group accounting manager. She has extensive experience from listed companies and other group environments with frequent reporting requirements. Her last three assignments have all been through Interim Search. The first was at a construction company with an urgent annual report, where Ylva was independently responsible for the financial statements and consolidated accounts in accordance with IFRS. She then joined as group accounting manager with responsibility for three employees, where her tasks included handling VAT issues and investigative work. Most recently, she worked for an international media company, where she supported the finance department during parental leave. Ylva was responsible for the annual accounts, reporting, and annual report in one of the group companies and also worked independently on VAT reporting and revenue reporting, among other things.
