Interim Technical Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim Technical Manager at a company in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of properties
- Ensuring Sustainable Technical Standards
- Supervision of Operations Personnel
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Relevant academic or vocational training
- Substantial experience in a similar role within the real estate industry or a related sector
- Strong leadership skills and a business-oriented approach
About the process:
For the right candidate, we’ll provide more details about the scope of the assignment. The assignment is expected to last 9 months, starting on December 1. We’ll present candidates on November 5, and interviews with the client company will take place at that time.
