Interim Search has been appointed to recruit an interim CFO/Business Controller for a smaller listed high-tech company. The company is a leading provider of products and services to the industrial sector, and the role is based at their Finnish subsidiary, approximately two hours outside of Helsinki. The group's total turnover is EUR 40 million.
The role as interim CFO/Business Controller is broad, with a mix of business controlling and financial management. You have a key role as support for the CEO, mostly regarding project follow-up. You will also be responsible for developing processes and routines in the finance area.
To be relevant for the role, you have documented experience as CFO and senior Business Controller, preferably in a smaller, growing company. You are Finnish speaking and also fluent in either Swedish or English, which is a requirement for communicating with other subsidiaries. Since the company operates in the tech industry, it is an advantage if you are technically interested and technically proficient.
The position is located in Finland, approximately two hours outside of Helsinki, with the possibility to work remotely about once a week.
About the process:
The assignment is set to last for 12 months. We will present relevant candidates on October 13th and interviews with the customer will be held the following day.
