Interim Staffing Manager

Interim Search is looking on behalf of a client for an Interim Business Area Manager for the Staffing & Recruitment business area. The company is listed and offers its clients business development services. They have in recent years broadened the business to offer recruitment and staffing. To be considered for this role, you will have experience of managing a team of 10 people, experience of working in a youthful corporate environment with a strong sales culture and experience of growing business areas. You like to work close to the business, are commercial and lead by example and are unafraid to approach potential major accounts yourself. Experience in recruitment/staffing is considered an advantage but not a requirement. For the right candidate, employment may be offered. Start as soon as possible and the assignment is expected to last 4-6 months pending permanent recruitment.
