Interim Head of Real Estate

You will be responsible for a large building (about 12,000 sqm) with production, laboratories and office space. More specifically, you are responsible for:

• Leading, planning and managing activities
• Ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the law and fulfillment of insurance, regulatory and all compliance issues
• Ensure that all necessary instructions are updated and complied with
• Drive improvement in the area of responsibility
• Responsible for project monitoring, forecast monitoring and target management
• Collaborating across functions
• Ensure that the facility or property has a maintenance plan that is recorded in the maintenance system
• Coordination and health and safety responsibilities within the area of responsibility
• Have knowledge of the technical facilities and needs within the site
• Running and participating in joint projects
• Convene and hold SHM (Safety Health Environment) Committee

To be relevant for the assignment, you have technical skills equivalent to an engineering or other technical university degree, expertise in systematic maintenance work, and project management skills with experience of managing and running construction projects. As a person, you are driven, creative and a strong team player.
