Interim Production Manager

Main duties:

• Lead and distribute work according to set goals and guidelines for the new production department
• Personnel responsibility for production staff
• Responsibility for work environment issues such as daily safety in the factory, risk analysis, and reporting
• Responsible for technology, production, and quality within delegated areas
• Follow up on daily quality assurance checks
• Ensure and develop technical documentation for factories and machinery
• Drive the implementation of various internal procedures
• Financial responsibility for production department
• Member of the management team

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in building new production organizations
• At least 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Academic education in a relevant field is an advantage
• Solid experience as a manager in production, technology, or quality in large international organizations
• Experience in industry or other technical fields
• Documented experience of being responsible for occupational health and safety issues in factories
• Good leadership skills, in-depth technical knowledge, and very good IT skills

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last for six months, starting as soon as possible but no later than August 10. We will present candidates on Monday, July 13, and interviews with the client company will take place no earlier than Tuesday, July 14, and Thursday, July 15. Please submit your Swedish CV.
