Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HRBP to an international manufacturing group in Malmö.
In the role of interim HRBP, you will join a large, international group undergoing change. You will work in a team of two and the focus of the assignment is mainly on internal recruitment. In addition, you are highly involved in operational HR work, administration and work closely with the CEO as support in various organizational issues.
To be considered for the role, you will come from an HR role in a larger context, preferably a group environment. You have solid experience in building teams and driving internal recruitment.
About the process:
The assignment starts immediately and lasts for at least 3 months, with the possibility of extension. Due to the current pandemic, all work will be done from home.
