Henrietta's career began at a time when IT companies were growing dramatically. She started as a personnel manager at a small IT company that quickly grew large. In connection with the expansion, she was appointed HR manager ahead of the company's global growth. The company remained strong even after the IT crash, and she continued to build an effective HR organization. In 2005, Henrietta was recruited to a larger healthcare company as HR Manager, where she was responsible for ten employees. Here, too, she has built a stable HR organization and, among other things, created a completely new culture and values program.
