Martin was recruited to Norway as an accounting economist by a Norwegian IT company immediately after graduating. He remained there for three years as the company expanded rapidly, and in 2007 he moved to the company's Swedish headquarters, where he held the position of both controller and finance manager. His accounting expertise covers ongoing accounting, reconciliation, tax, VAT reporting, annual accounts, annual reports, and basic skills in consolidated accounting. For the past two years, Martin has been an interim financial manager and has had assignments in the real estate and manufacturing industries.
One of Martin's assignments with our client was to restructure a company and simultaneously implement new accounting and budgeting processes. He has earned the company's recommendations thanks to his efficient and flexible approach. He is best suited to medium-sized companies that need a CFO who can drive change while also taking responsibility for day-to-day operations.
