Immediately after completing his academic studies, Sebastian was recruited by one of Europe's largest IT companies and quickly became accounting manager for the international division of the company. He was then recruited by a Swedish IT and telephony company that was undergoing rapid expansion at the time. Here, Sebastian became CFO and was given responsibility for a staff of ten. Under his project management, a reorganisation and implementation of a new business system was carried out. For the past four years, he has worked as an interim consultant as CFO in the manufacturing industry and at a large law firm.
