Overall, Lisbeth has held senior finance roles for 25 years. After seven years as a finance manager for companies in the automotive retail sector, she joined a global retail company where her career really took off. There, she had the opportunity to take on various roles in finance, including CFO with responsibility for HR, IT, real estate, logistics, communications, procurement, and M&A. After ten years and a very impressive career progression, she was recruited from outside the company to serve as CFO of a technology group. There, she has been part of a transformation journey that has involved a completely new management team, the implementation of LEAN, major streamlining projects, a new organizational structure, and extensive personnel changes. These changes have had an immediate positive impact, and it is now clear that the decisions made and implemented over the past two years have been the right ones for the company—largely based on her analysis and execution.
Lisbeth is an interim consultant who will have an accounting manager reporting to her. She comes into her own when she gets to work closely with companies that want to undergo change and need a resource to help them create an action plan and drive its implementation.
