Hans started as a project manager on the systems side at one of the world's largest retail companies. He took the next step in his career when he became a management consultant at a world-leading company specializing in logistics and systems. In recent years, he has been global IT manager for an international logistics company and Nordic IT manager at a retail company with a total of 70 subordinates. For the past four years, Hans has been an interim consultant and is in the final phase of an assignment where he acts as an advisor to a CIO on issues related to IT governance, strategy, sourcing, supplier management, and business planning.
Hans really comes into his own in the role of interim IT manager at a large or medium-sized company. Preferably at companies operating in an industry where logistics and distribution are a significant part of the business. He is motivated by driving change in both the management team at group level and with extensive personnel responsibility, preferably including several levels of middle management.
