Interim Group Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Group Accounting Manager for a global billion-dollar group in Skåne County. The group has about 30 subsidiaries around the world.
As Interim Group Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the accounting of the Group's Swedish companies and the consolidated accounts of the entire Group. You will report to the CFO and be part of the finance function's management team.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for all group accounting, including consolidation and its processes for about 30 companies
- Financial statements and external reporting for the Swedish company
- Annual report for the Swedish companies including parent company and group
- Responsibility for K3 compliance issues
- Responsibility for creating and developing the group's financial handbook
- Support the subsidiaries within the group and provide ongoing instructions
- Drive streamlining of processes within the finance function
- Managing contact with external auditors
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Academic degree in economics or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role with high complexity in large global groups
- Background from listed companies where you reported to the stock exchange, management and board
- Solid experience in group accounting and strong experience in running an accounting function
- International experience and used to working with accounting in several countries
- Very good knowledge and well updated in IFRS
- Previously demonstrated leadership and good interpersonal skills
