Nina is an experienced economist and has been an established interim consultant for three years. During this relatively short period, she has been hired by several clients, including companies in the education and real estate sectors, as well as service companies that provide subscription services. As an employee, she has held roles as finance manager and controller in small service companies and in manufacturing. Nina is completely independent in her accounting role and has experience of all financial responsibilities, from financial statements to invoicing, payroll, annual reports, liquidity planning, and cost and revenue analyses. She has gained experience from several organizational structures and is accustomed to consolidated accounting and reporting in parent companies and several holding companies.
