Interim Production Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim Production Manager at a major industrial company in northern Sweden
For the role of Interim Production Manager, we are seeking a driven and quality-conscious change leader.
Main duties:
– Person with primary responsibility for process sections within the factory area
– Lead and develop the production organization and its employees toward established goals
– Focus on safety, productivity, quality, and cost
– Optimizing operations, driving change processes, and developing production
To be eligible for the role:
– Academic degree, Master of Engineering or equivalent
– Previous experience in the process industry
– A strong leader with experience in developing employees, the organization, and processes
– Strong language skills in both Swedish and English
This role is part of the management team and reports to the Plant Manager
About the process:
