About the role of Senior Recruiter (Manager)

In the role of Manager, you will work as a senior recruitment consultant with independent responsibility for your own appointments of interim managers and qualified specialists. Our clients have high expectations, as they usually need to fill a business-critical role immediately, which places high demands on the process, delivery, and follow-up. We have an extensive network of contacts throughout Sweden, and you will have primary responsibility for building a client portfolio and driving recruitment processes in the West region. The role offers flexibility, great variety, and includes the following:

• Close customer contact with management teams in organizations undergoing change
• Evaluation and guidance of qualified candidates
• Responsibility for building and managing your own customer portfolio
• Project manage recruitment processes, drive agreements, and work with customer and candidate care
• Initiate and maintain relationships with customers and candidates
