Nina is an experienced interim consultant. She has primarily worked as a temporary HR manager, but also as a change manager and specialist in labor law, negotiation, and compensation and benefits. She started her consulting business 15 years ago and has completed many assignments in several sectors. These include municipal operations, the recycling industry, manufacturing, and entertainment. Nina has held roles in both established companies and start-ups that lack structure and do not have all their processes in place. Her responsibilities range from developing and implementing company-wide HR policies in an industrial group, establishing processes and procedures in a start-up company, and conducting a number of organizational reviews, such as a salary survey at a manufacturing company worth billions.
