Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit a HR Manager for a manufacturing company in southern Dalarna. In this role you will report to the HR and Communication Manager of the company.
To be considered for this role, you will have at least 10 years' experience in broad HR roles and are likely to have been responsible for an HR function in a smaller company or been part of an HR department in a larger company. Focus areas for this assignment are labor law issues, union dialogue, rehab matters and other HR matters.
You are genuinely interested in people, self-motivated and have the ability to drive your own HR processes from start to finish.
