Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Unit Manager for a public administration in the Gothenburg area.
As Interim Unit Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a group of around 30 employees. You are responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out according to the expectations that exist, you schedule and follow up each individual.
To be considered for the role, you will most likely have several years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the public sector.
As a person, you are a confident and experienced leader with good communication skills. You can be straightforward and clear, but also responsive and diplomatic.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last up to 6 months. Presentation of the candidate is ongoing.
