Interim Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for an Interim Finance Manager for a financial company in Stockholm. During the assignment, you will support the CEO and help develop the company while having overall responsibility for finance and accounting and leading the finance team.

You will be responsible for monthly and annual financial statements, a large part of your focus will be financial control and you will be expected to contribute with financial analysis and decision support to the commercial organization. The assignment also includes implementing new routines and processes to improve financial control and reporting processes. The role includes compiling and reporting financial results and is part of the management team.

To be considered for this assignment, you must have experience of running and managing a finance department, very good knowledge of accounting rules for financial instruments and an interest in analysis and financial management. Experience of securities companies and reporting to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority is a requirement for this assignment. As a person, you have an unpretentious manner and good
communication skills.
