Interim FP&A Manager

Richard is one of our most prominent figures in Financial Planning & Analysis. Before moving to Sweden, he worked as an underwriter in Canada. Now, 18 years later, he has focused primarily on the pharmaceutical sector within large, internationally oriented companies. A common thread across all his roles has been an analytical focus and responsibility for preparing, coordinating, and delivering forecasting and budgeting; compiling and tracking sales statistics; conducting cash flow analyses; preparing reports for management and the board; and managing a team of 1 to 5 employees. In his most recent role, he was also responsible for Business Control, where he initiated and implemented a series of improvements to procedures and processes.

An FP&A Manager’s primary responsibility is to analyze, forecast, and report with the aim of driving growth and sales.
