Interim Digital Marketing Expert
Interim Search has been appointed to recruit an interim Digital Marketing Expert to a retail company with headquarters in Stockholm.
In the role as interim Digital Marketing Expert you will act as project manager in projects related to consumer journey and communication. You will be part of a business transformation with the aim to take consumer experience to the next level.
Hovedoppgaver:
- Driving key projects with the mission to digitalize customer experience and B2C services
- Understanding and mapping the value the company can provide to different types of consumers in different parts of the consumer journey
- Mapping the consumer journey interactions to create an understanding of the consumer experience and set strategies how to optimize the different stages
- Key role in helping the company develop and update processes for existing consumers
